Oh ! This is certainly a good one ! Of course the list is endless ! I had hard time picking 5 ! These are characters I would resurrect ! Spoilers ! DUH !
Ned Stark 
The most honorable man ! And what a cruel death to such a brilliant character. I am a Stark through and through and this death was just too much for me ! I need him back !
Augustus Waters

Severus Snape
The good man behind an evil mask ! Fought for what is right and what he loved the most in the world ! Admirable ! We need him !
Uchiha Itachi
He sacrificed everything ! Eventually even his life ! He did resurrect ones but we need a permanent one though ! No better hokage than Uchiha Itachi ! No one better !
Thorin Oakenshield
After successfully taking over the mountain and giving the dwarfs everything they wanted, he deserved to enjoy the wealth and leadership a bit ! Would have ruled the dwarfs perfectly ! A true and a brave leader ! Definitely worth resurrecting !
